We continue to work with HMPPS on the proposal for harmonisation of terms (including pay) for staff who transferred to PS from CRC parent organisation or supply chain organisations.
This has taken longer than anticipated and we appreciate that members are keen to find out what is on offer and how it will affect them. It is really important however that we get the detail right and with such a complicated process there are lots of details to get right! We have more meetings next week and will send further updates once we have them.
We are very conscious that many members are planning leave over the summer, please be reassured that we will send ballot information to personal email addresses so as long as you have access to email you will be able to participate if it happens while you are away from work.
