Napo is asking members to wear yellow on Friday 16 February to continue to highlight the Operation Protect Campaign in probation.
Operation Protect is a joint union campaign that was launched last year to combat extreme workloads in the service.
Members are encouraged to plan lunchtime activities on the Friday to discuss workloads and take pictures that we can use as part of our campaign.
This event coincides with the TUC’s Heart Unions week that will take6 place 12 to 16 February.
Please encourage colleagues not yet in any of the recognised trade unions to join Napo and get behind the campaign.
We will have more joint trade unions’ all member meetings coming up to progress our campaign, which we know is not going to be solved overnight, but we need you all involved in it and get non-union members to join us too.
